Guests will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling brut, followed by a seated dinner featuring a Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, and Pinot Noir—each paired with a course designed to highlight the wine’s unique profile and California roots. Our chef and sommelier have collaborated to create dishes that bring out the best in every sip.
